Step 1: Get your set up ready
Step 2: Lie on your back with knees bent. Stay close to the chair. Lift your legs up and place on the seat of the chair.
Step 3: Hold the legs of the chair with both hands and bring the seat of the chair close to the back of the knees so they touch.
Step 4: Let the legs be shoulder-width apart and arms out to the sides. Palms facing upwards
