Did you know the average human spends 1/3 of our lives sleeping? Besides food and water, sleep is most vital in keeping humans alive and healthy, but in our busy world today, it has been devalued. Living off of coffee and energy drinks is glamourized and good sleep is almost nonexistent. This, coupled with stress and anxiety at an all-time high, is a recipe for disaster when it comes to good sleep habits. The good news is that typically, better sleep is as simple as changing up a few lifestyle habits. This week our yoga sequence focuses on Yoga for Better Sleep!
