2018 is already here. I can hardly believe it. 2017 has been a good year for us at Aham Yoga. We got the opportunity to once again share yoga with a lot of new people in the community. Since our doors opened 4 years ago, our goal has been simple – to provide all customers a true experience of modern yoga. And not to get carried away with heat, music, juice bar, a yoga shop etc…But to allow people to walk in through the doors and connect to their own bodies, breath, and spirit through the practice of yoga. And connect with others in the community who share a similar passion. If you have been with us long enough, you will know that Aham Yoga is more about yoga and its people over everything else. 2018 is a year I personally look forward to. I hope that we can reach more people in the yoga community and help everyone live healthier and happier lives.
We have announced our 2018 tentative yoga schedule. See the image below for details. I would love to hear your feedback or comments. Since we share the studio space with ballet we are sometimes limited with what timings we can offer. But we promise to do our best.
Yoga at Aham Yoga 2018 schedule callouts…
- All existing yoga classes will continue to be on schedule in 2018
- Some yoga class timings have been altered starting Jan 1st, 2018
- New classes proposed will be finalized by December 15th, 2017
- Pranayama classes will alternate with Thursday night 6:45pm Beginners yoga class
- Prenatal yoga students will attend prenatal yoga on Friday evenings.
Tuition for yoga in 2018…
We have decided not to change any yoga class prices for 2018 as a gesture of gratitude towards our wonderful yoga community. We hope this encourages you to add more yoga to your life in 2018.
