Did you know 80% of adults experience lower back pain at some point during their life? Causes for the pain can range anywhere from a minor strain to a full-on traumatic injury with many issues in between. Typically, pain medication is the first recommendation of treatment. The problem with this is that it only masks the problem for a short time, it does not solve the problem. It also creates a dependency on the medication for relief.
