If you’re a beginner to yoga, you probably haven’t quite developed a preference to time of day for your practice. While yoga practice at any time is beneficial, did you know a regular morning yoga practice can boost your metabolism and leave your body feeling energized all day long? Morning yoga also boosts immunity by draining lymph nodes and improving your heart rate! This week, I’m sharing my Full Body Morning Yoga sequence. This sequence is beginner-friendly so I encourage you to start the habit of morning yoga early on in your practice to reap the benefits. It’s difficult to start the habit of a full-body morning yoga routine but with a little persistence, you’ll begin to look forward to it. Let’s jump into it!
