As 2016 comes to a close, we relish in the opportunity to reflect back on this past year at Aham Yoga. We are walking down memory lane through our blog, Living Yoga, which incidentally is one of the top 100 yoga blogs on the internet today! Yay! And here’s a glimpse of our Top 10 Blog Posts of 2016. highlighting some of our most special moments, insights into philosophy, students sharing their personal stories, our tips to improve your practice of yoga, and so much more!
  1. Do you remember our 15-Day Yoga Challenge from July? We had incredible feedback from both our local and international communities – from Seattle, to Japan and India, and many places in between! Who’s in for the next one?
  2. Whether you are new to the practice of yoga, or a seasoned practitioner looking to take your practice deeper, our Top 5 Tips for a Successful Yoga Practice will absolutely be of some assistance!
